NOTE: This institution under the names listed above was accredited with the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) as a Candidate for Accreditation beginning February 27, 1992 and as an accredited institution from September 23, 1998 to June 30, 2004 (See TRACS Commission action April 2004). An accredited teach-out plan for selected students covered courses and degrees through May 30, 2005.

To Whom It May Concern:
The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) in cooperation with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education allowed an accredited Teach Out Plan for a select group of American Christian College and Seminary students. In short, students who had completed 75% of their degree program were allowed to earn an accredited degree, provided that the course work was completed by the end of May 2005.
The Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) Executive Director, Dr. Russell Fitzgerald, appointed me to direct and oversee the Teach Out Plan for American Christian College and Seminary. ACCS provided the course work to complete the degrees for qualified students.
The institution has since closed. Transcript requests must be made in writing to the ACCS Records Trust. (This trust includes the academic records of the institution under its previous names of American Bible College & Seminary, as well as, The University of Biblical Studies and Seminary. Requests must be accompanied by a check or money order, in the amount of $10.00 per transcript, payable to the “ACCS Records Trust”.

All requests must be in writing and you should allow 30 working days for processing. The American Christian College and Seminary is closed as of August 31, 2005.
